
Aparna of The Diverse Kitchen had asked me to do a guest post for her blog last month, but as I was so busy I initiated to send my slot for the month of August instead. Absolutely pleased that I had enough time to think about what kind of vegetarian food I would be posting (by the way, it is my very first vegetarian post so I need to get it right, don't I?).
